The CarGo Compact range is a multi functional range of trailers which display the Brian James Trailers hallmarks of quality and innovative design.

 

Offering compact dimensions, lightweight construction and full commercial durability it is clear why customers are choosing this new range over more traditional products.
 

As with all Brian James products the Compact range is subjected to rigorous design review and testing to ensure you will enjoy many years of trouble free service.

 

New Trailer Ref. BJT28 Brian James Trailers: 400-0410 - this trailer is the heaviest duty model within the Compact 2.5m (8'2") long range.

It has a GVW of 3000Kg and the trailer itself only weighs an incredible 400Kg (completely flat with no extras) - thus giving a payload of circa 2600Kg.

This particular trailer comes complete with removable steel dropsides and 2m long aluminium ramps. In addition to the ramps this trailer comes with the unique 'kick down' prop stands.

This is an extremely popular sized trailer and can be used for a multitude of purposes.

The versatility of the Brian James Trailers CarGO range of trailers sets it aside from other new trailers for sale on the market today. Not only can these trailers be used as plant trailers, they can be used as general builders trailers and the low  loading angle also renders them perfect for transporting cars and other vehicles.

They have a 5 year chassis warranty and their design is such, that maximum strength and durability combines
with a lighter chassis, which in turn, results in the highest level of towing ease and enhanced fuel economy.

In essence - strength is designed in, whilst excessive weight is designed out.
 

 

New Trailer Ref. BJT27 Brian James Trailers: 420-2100 - This trailer is a very popular model due to it's versatility. It can be used for a wide range of applications and the gross weight of 3500Kg means that it is ideal for transporting various items of plant and machinery.

The load capacity is unrivalled for a trailer of its size - a very impressive 2830Kg.

The majority of 12ft trailers on the market today are 6'6" wide, this trailer is 7' wide.

This particular trailer comes complete with removable steel dropsides - the 'slot in' centre posts are a unique BJT design and eliminate the need to tighten and loosen bolts when removing them. This trailer has 2m long aluminium ramps and 'kick down' prop stands.

The Brian James Trailers Hi -max is the latest addition to the Brian James Trailers car transporter range. Due to the nature of the design, these trailers have an unrivalled payload of up to 2780Kg and can transport vans, sports cars or 4x4 vehicles.

The 'easy-pull' loading ramps are extremely user-friendly. Coupled with the tilt-bed design, this results in an
ultra-low loading angle which caters for vehicles with the very lowest of ground clearances.

The low centre of gravity of the Hi-max also enhances the stability of this trailer whilst towing. Furthermore, the internal tapered sides prevent damage to alloy wheels which can sometimes occur when loading on conventional car trailers.

 
New Trailer Ref. BJT131 Brian James Trailers: 180-2000. This is the tilt bed version of the Hi-max and comes complete with the centre deck. It also has a 2 gear manual winch. The high visibility graphics enhances the professional presentation of this high spec but light trailer. The payload is 2760Kg which allows you to transport the vast majority of vehicles ranging from commercial vans to the most prestigious of performance sports cars. The low sides allows sufficient clearance to open the car doors. The trailer comes with a spare wheel it also has a storage compartment at the front of the bed. This is the ultimate vehicle transporter.

The Brian James Trailers A-max range are class leading and centre on operational ease. They provide the easiest and safest ramp loading system on the market today - ideal for situations where a tilt-bed is not required. Again, the lighter weight of the chassis and the low centre of gravity provide the ultimate towing experience.

 

A-max also incorporate the hi-grip surface associated with all Brian James car transporters, but additionally the anti-slip material is used on the loading ramps. The rear prop stands are uniquely designed and the user simply kicks these down into place.

 

A-max - a simple but effective, user-friendly solution to vehicle transportation.

 

New Trailer Ref. BJT6 Brian James Trailers: 120-3050. This particular model is the widest in the range (6' 5") which keeps the risk of damaging the vehicle while loading to a minimum. It also has a centre deck and a storage compartment at the front of the deck. The payload is 2035Kg whilst the unladen weight is a very impressive 565Kg. This trailer has a 2 gear manual winch fitted which helps in certain loading circumstances . This trailer also has a pair of wheel chocks which can be fitted in several positions on the trailer deck.

New Trailer Ref. BJT5 Brian James Trailers: 120-3100. This model is the the longest within the highly popular A Max range. It's 16 foot long which makes it 2 foot longer than the A Max 305, again like the 305 it's 6'5" wide. This trailer has a centre deck and a storage compartment at the front of the deck. The payload is 2015Kg whilst the unladen weight is 585Kg. Additionally this trailer has the wheel chocks option fitted. There is also a 2 gear manual winch fitted on this trailer. Another feature of this model are the flexible rear corner mounted marker lamps.

  Brian James Trailers have recently introduced the CarGo Tipper range to their ever-growing portfolio of commercial trailers. There are currently five models and the Brian James Trailers team have succeeded in manufacturing a range of tippers which have an exceptionally low bed height. This reduction in height has resulted in a lower than normal loading height and has also improved the stability of the trailers when towing.

 

Each model comes standard with the battery operated tipping facility and emergency 'jump leads' are also supplied. Storage boxes are fitted as standard and each trailer has a multitude of strap points and rope hooks to secure your load.

 

In addition to the phenolic ply deck the tippers also have a 1.6mm galvanised steel surface which not only increases the strength of the floor but is particularly useful when tipping soil or sand. Another benefit is that machinery can be loaded from the side of the trailers due to the unique design of the aluminium ramps.

 

The 'Automatic Latch System' is a standard feature on the complete tipper range and this is ingenious design demonstrates the quality innovation associated with Brian James trailers. These tippers are available in twin or tri axle versions.

 


 
New Trailer Ref. BJT32 Brian James Trailers: 520-0100. This is a new model launched in September 2010 and caters for those users who have limited towing capacity but who require the added benefits of a Tipper Trailer. The conventional size for this type of tipper is 8'x5', however this model is 8'11"x5'5". This additional width allows ramps to be stored under the bed of the trailer thus giving the user the versatility of loading machinery. Due to the design and engineering, this trailer has a load capacity of 1270Kg. This particular trailer comes with steel sides and 1.9m aluminium ramps. click thumbnail

New Trailer Ref. BJT47 Brian James Trailers: 520-0200. This is the most popular Tipper Trailer in the range and has a payload of 1850Kg. The conventional size for this type of tipper is 8'x5', however this model is 8'11"x5'5". This additional width allows ramps to be stored under the bed of the trailer thus giving the user the versatility of loading machinery. This trailer comes with aluminium sides, 2.2m aluminium ramps and a steel lined bed. The photos also show the ingenious 'quick release' system incorporated on the dropsides. New Trailer Ref. BJT33 Brian James Trailers: 520-2500. Again, a new model launched in September 2010 and a trailer which offers the user two unique features. Firstly, the trailer bed is aluminium and the design is such that it offers the ultimate in strength whilst keeping weight to a minimum. Secondly, this trailer can also be loaded from the side due to the design of the dropsides - the advantages of this system are numerous. This trailer has a carrying capacity of 2470Kg and as all Brian James Tippers, comes with a storage box and emergency power supply kit.  Ref. BJT31 Brian James Trailers: 520-1600. This is the tri-axle version of this uniquely designed and high spec. tipper trailer. The chassis is constructed from high grade steel which results in a stronger but lighter chassis. The sides are made from aluminium which again reduces the unladen weight of the trailer. In addition to the standard specifications this particular trailer has mesh side extensions. It also comes with loading ramps which are constructed from aluminium and these are the 2.2m long version as opposed to the standard 1.9m. Undoubtedly the best Tipper trailer on the market today.
